Connections
You both stay in control.
Freelancers, Service Providers and Companies can connect with one another. A request does not allow sharing until the other person accepts it.
Connections are available on every plan. A Company does not need a paid plan to receive information from a connected Freelancer or Service Provider.
What can I share?
Your plan controls what you send—not what you receive.
Every plan can accept a connection and receive shared information.
Upload, document sharing and folder access depend on your configured package. Open Manage my plan to see the current allowances for your profile.

Use PDFs for sensitive information
ID copies, banking confirmations, medical certificates and similar details should be uploaded as PDFs. Crewfinder does not copy those PDF values into your structured contact card.
Share with one accepted connection
A share goes only to the Crewfinder profile you select. Other users cannot see it simply because they belong to the same package.
Know what stopping a share means
Ending the connection or stopping the share removes access inside Crewfinder. It cannot recall a copy the recipient already downloaded.

Can I share with someone on a different plan?
Yes. The sender's plan controls what can be sent. The recipient's plan never blocks receiving.
Can a Service Provider share with a Freelancer?
Yes, in either direction, after the connection request has been accepted.
Can I use the same document in several folders?
Yes. There is one original document. Replacing it updates every folder and active share that uses it.
What happens when a connection ends?
Both profiles immediately lose access to active shares through Crewfinder. Previously downloaded copies remain with the recipient.
